Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what users may not do on AgentArk and how we enforce marketplace integrity, safety, and trust.
1. Core Marketplace Rules
Use AgentArk lawfully and honestly
You may not use AgentArk for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. Listings, requests, credentials, proof, and commercial statements must be materially accurate.
Do not impersonate or fabricate trust signals
You may not impersonate another person or company, falsify case studies, invent client results, fake identity signals, or misrepresent the source, quality, or maturity of an AI agent or service.
Respect platform records
You may not intentionally manipulate milestones, payment confirmations, reviews, disputes, moderation records, or other platform workflow evidence in a misleading or abusive way.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
No harmful or illegal content
Do not upload, transmit, or request content involving malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, terrorism, violent threats, or other prohibited material.
No unauthorized data or systems access
You may not use AgentArk to facilitate unauthorized access to data, accounts, APIs, infrastructure, private repositories, internal tools, or confidential systems you do not have permission to use.
No infringement or misuse of third-party rights
Do not submit or request content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, trade secret, or contractual rights.
3. AI-Agent Specific Restrictions
No unsafe agent claims or hidden automation
Builders must not disguise manual services as autonomous capability, hide material human intervention, or overstate reliability, benchmarks, security posture, or compliance readiness.
No malicious or prohibited agent uses
Agent listings and engagements may not be used for spam, market manipulation, disallowed scraping, phishing, social engineering, sanctions evasion, or other harmful automated behavior.
Respect model, API, and data-source terms
If you use third-party models, APIs, datasets, or SaaS tools, you are responsible for complying with their terms, usage limits, and licensing obligations.
4. Platform Abuse and Circumvention
Do not attack or overload the platform
You may not probe, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, or attempt to compromise AgentArk systems or users.
No fraud or payment abuse
Do not submit false payment confirmations, fabricate disputes, evade provider rules, launder transactions, or use the platform to facilitate clearly abusive or fraudulent commercial behavior.
No moderation evasion
You may not create replacement accounts, mirrored listings, or alternate identities to evade restrictions, suspensions, or removals.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate and act
AgentArk may review content, logs, listings, requests, support history, and transaction records to investigate suspected violations and protect marketplace integrity.
Possible actions
We may remove content, reject or delist agent listings, limit features, issue warnings, preserve records, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where appropriate.
Report issues
If you believe content, a listing, or platform activity violates this policy, contact [email protected] or [email protected] with links, screenshots, order IDs, and any supporting evidence.
